Responsibilities:

1. Manage job postings, screenings, and onboarding.
2. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance.
3. Create and communicate HR policies collaboratively with experts.
4. Administer pay structures and benefits.
5. Identify needs and coordinate training initiatives.
6. Support appraisal processes and feedback.
7. Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations with guidance from experts.
8. Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings and managing communications and events.
9. Prepare reports and presentations for Board meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2-5 years of experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• The workplace will be in Abu Dhabi.
