Job description

Investments business in Abu Dhabi are looking to bring on board an experienced HR & Administration Manager to manage their Human Resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the investment management sector and a proven ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals in the investment management industry.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems to ensure continuous employee development and engagement.
  • Manage compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness within the market.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values.

Administration

  • Oversee all administrative functions, including office management, vendor management, and facilities maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
  • Develop and monitor budgets for HR and administrative functions, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, such as recruitment agencies, legal advisors, and payroll services.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR and administrative matters.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Ensure clear and effective internal communication channels across all levels of the organization.

Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structure.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, HR best practices, and legislative changes to keep the company compliant and competitive.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Experience in Investments Management sector
