HR Admin Officer
Job description
We are seeking a highly capable HR & Admin Officer to join our reputed client, one of the leading event management companies in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Keep a track of day to day documentation and vendor communication
- Prepare and organise the documents relating to the invoices, proposals, vendor registration etc.
- Develop training and onboarding material
Requirements And Skills
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using MS office
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
