Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions for a leading construction company in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a dynamic professional with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with UAE labor laws.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top construction talent.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processing, and employment contracts.
  • Lead compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and HR analytics.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
  • Drive HR initiatives, including employee engagement, well-being, and talent development.

Administration & Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage PRO services, including visa renewals, labor contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office functions.
  • Handle document control, contracts, and company records in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations applicable to office and site-based employees.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, WPS, visa processes, and HR compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR strategy.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
