To manage the time sheet entry process in the ERP (EPICOR).
To manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees (Mobilisation / Demobilisation) process.
To arrange for flights and hotels for business travel and Field Services Team.
To support training administration activities.
To support leave management and employee engagement activities.
In general, to support the HR and administration department's processes.
To manage the front office.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Preferred Graduate (University degree holder) in any specialisation.
CIPD / SHRM certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
3 to 6 years of experience in an administrative or HR coordination role, preferably in an industrial organization with the ability to multitask and support the function as needed.
Must be able to speak fluently in English, with Arabic and another language being an added advantage.
Must Have Previous Experience:
Of working with an ERP system for data entry and data management (payroll / time entry).
Of working with travel partners for flights and hotel bookings.
Desirable Experience (not limited to):
Knowledge of PRO process and CICPA pass process in Abu Dhabi.
Knowledge of Recruitment process.
Knowledge of Training Administration process.
Knowledge of Employee Engagement Process.
Ability to create newsletters (Graphics and Social Media).
