This role is in our HR department and will report to the HR Officer. Some of the tasks include:
Maintain and update personnel files, HR database, and reports with different information such as new hires, terminations, warnings, vacations, and days off.
Help in payroll management (track attendance, leave database, additions/deductions, etc.) and wire transfers of salaries.
Post job ads on careers pages and process received resumes, set up interviews, and correspond with prospective employees in a timely manner.
Generate offer letters, NDAs, and appointment letters for selected candidates and issue them.
Collect documents from employees as per standard checklist for visa processing. Ensure that contract renewals are done in a timely manner.
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
Act as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on a regular basis.
Track probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally. Communicate the process of annual/midyear appraisals, receive, verify the forms, and share the consolidated outcome in specified formats.
