Housing Safety Shift Leader

Position Summary:

In charge of our accommodations and support our Housing attendants.

1. Respond promptly to requests from associates and other departments.
2. Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area.
3. Support HR Office Admin work.
4. Visit Government Offices when required.
5. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance.
6. Make necessary changes to assigned schedules based on changes in room reservations.
7. Patrol all areas of the accommodations; assist associates with room access.
8. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety.
9. Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections in our accommodations.
10. Assist guests with room access and respond to accidents.
11. Contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required.
12. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents.
13. Defuse guest/employee disturbances.
14. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents.
15. Handle all interruptions and complaints; resolve safety hazard situations.
16. Escort unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting operations.
17. Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report.
18. Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents.
19. Conduct investigations and gather evidence.
20. Conduct interviews with relevant parties.

Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional;
