Job description

Execute carpentry and related work to the highest professional standards throughout the entire complex, ensuring everything is in top condition.
Administer the Accommodation Office, handling all administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Oversee the daily cleaning of public areas and address any housing issues, inquiries, or complaints with contractors and suppliers.
Follow up on housing maintenance requests to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
Attend the regular accommodation inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Escort employees to and from the airport as needed and provide a comprehensive orientation on accommodation rules and policies.
Manage stock and order supplies to maintain all necessary items.
Plan and coordinate accommodation assignments based on nationality, gender, position, and arrival date, ensuring fair allocation.
Maintain a safe environment, address any policy or legal violations, and provide feedback to the People & Culture Manager.
