What you will be doing:

• Attend and handle all guest requests received for internal services, as per the hotel standards and procedures.
• Conduct daily briefing for Room Attendants.
• Conduct daily inspection of employee grooming.
• Inspect all guest rooms, corridors, and pantries daily to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness.
• Conduct on-the-job training for all Room Attendants.
• Maintain effective employee relations.
• Check and maintain equipment and machines used.
• Prepare job orders and coordinate with Engineering for follow-up.
• Ensure special attention is given to VIP rooms.
• Report any sick, irregular guest, and any stranger in guest corridors to the Housekeeper or Security Office immediately.
• Properly handle handover and takeover of incoming and outgoing shifts.
• Report all Lost & Found items to Housekeeping.
• Prepare discrepancy report for the front office.
• Prepare inventory for room linen.
• Notify Housekeeper of any damage caused by guests.
• Check and follow all maintenance reports if the work is incomplete.
