To assist the Assistant Housekeeping Manager / Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standard of room and public area cleanliness and appearance, guest service, as well as engendering team spirit and motivation in all staff.
To work closely with other departments of the hotel and attend regular meetings on a periodical basis in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeper.
Assist in evaluating and motivating Housekeeping staff.
To perform other secondary appropriate duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeper.
To organize new staff with uniform fitting and replacements as required.
Assist in control of guestrooms & public areas supplies, respecting PAR levels and ordering on time.
To familiarize with all security & emergency procedures.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar roles within a hotel environment.
Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Proven ability to successfully lead and motivate colleagues.
Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment will be an asset with a proven ability to provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Excellent organizational skills and time management.
