Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will manage housekeeping staff, ensure high cleanliness standards, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks.
2. Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance.
3. Monitor work performance and ensure quality control.
4. Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

1. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and restrooms.
2. Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
3. Coordinate with maintenance for necessary repairs.
4. Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.

1. Address guest requests and complaints professionally.
2. Ensure timely and efficient room cleaning.
3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests.

1. Maintain records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and reports.
2. Assist in budget planning for housekeeping expenses.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in housekeeping with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality management degree is a plus).
Skills:

1. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
2. Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
4. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety regulations.
