Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean, tidy, and restock guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
2. Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other common spaces, ensuring cleanliness and order.
3. Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
4. Report maintenance issues or damages to appropriate departments promptly.
5. Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.
6. Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
7. Uphold company policies and procedures to deliver consistent quality.
