Job Overview:

We are searching for a diligent and proactive Property Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our properties are impeccably maintained, contributing to an outstanding environment for both guests and tenants. Key Responsibilities:

Property Maintenance:

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify cleaning needs and ensure highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
• Report and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of facilities.

Guest and Tenant Satisfaction:

• Provide attentive service to guests, addressing any queries or requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all property amenities and consumables are well-stocked and in excellent condition.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and immaculate environment for all occupants and visitors.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while performing housekeeping duties.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within hospitality is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards under varying workloads.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate scheduling needs.
