Housekeeping Attendant

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you are responsible for daily assigned duties as instructed by Supervisors while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

1. Receive work assignment, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book accurately.
2. Clean rooms and bathrooms, performing any combination of the following duties.
3. Keep fire exits and stairways clear of any obstruction.
4. Check and report any maintenance work required immediately.
5. Pick up any litter from corridors and pathways.
6. Vacuum carpet and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays, and wastebaskets.
7. Make beds, wash sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors, and polish brass and metal.
8. Replenish bathroom supplies and room supplies.
9. Tidy and arrange neatly guest toilet articles on vanity tops and spot clean carpets when necessary.
10. Clean and keep the guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas neat and tidy at all times.
11. Remove Room Service trays and trolleys from guestrooms and corridors.
12. Inform valet service to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services.
