Housekeeping Attendant

Joining the heart & soul of our Hotel team, our Housekeeping Department carries out allocated general cleaning duties aiming to achieve high standards of cleanliness and presentation for the rooms and public areas of the Hotel. We ensure our rooms and public spaces are sparkling clean and comfortable while providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to make our guests feel welcome and cared for.

Your duties as a Housekeeping Attendant include:

1. Maintaining the cleanliness standards for the hotel's public areas and guest rooms.
2. Thoroughly cleaning all sections of the guest rooms, such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression.
3. Restocking and maintaining housekeeping inventory levels, including linen, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, etc.
4. Providing friendly, approachable, and professional relationships with our guests.
5. Reporting maintenance issues promptly, showing your dedication to a flawless experience.

Qualifications:

1. Previous Housekeeping experience in a resort or hotel in the UAE is preferred.
2. High cleaning standards and attention to detail.
3. Strong motivation to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive hotel team.
4. Flexible and open to work a rotating roster.
