The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces. Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors
Replenish guest room amenities, such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks
Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and meeting rooms
Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the appropriate department
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns
Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety guidelines
Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient room turnover
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors
