Housekeeping Attendant

This is a fantastic opportunity for those with passion about the Hospitality Industry and a natural ability to surprise and delight our guests. Key duties include but are not limited to the following:

1. Cleaning guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to the hotel's high standards for guest arrivals.
2. Ensuring towels and linen are refilled, replaced, and stored correctly.
3. Performing any basic maintenance or reporting and coordinating major maintenance requirements.
4. Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes, ensuring safe work practices are maintained.
5. Ensuring high standards of property presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction.
3. Strong attention to detail with a passion for hospitality.
4. Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality.
5. Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
