Desired Candidate Profile
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Ensure all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels as needed and replenish guest supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist guests with requests and respond to inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture as needed.
