Housekeeping Attendant

You are the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:

  1. Attend daily briefings and take on daily assigned tasks.
  2. Clean and maintain areas of responsibility according to standards and procedures.
  3. Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
  4. Take ownership of guests' privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service.
  5. Report lost and found articles to the housekeeping office immediately.
  6. Maintain equipment in a proper state of cleanliness.
  7. Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guest requests are promptly attended to.
  8. Report unusual behavior/activities in guestroom floors/public areas to Supervisor.
  9. Record room status in allocated section accurately.
  10. Maintain a section room report as well as a daily productivity report.

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

  1. 12 years of experience in housekeeping.
  2. Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
  3. Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs while being professional and welcoming.
  4. Excellent organizational skills and time management.
