Job description
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Collect keys and daily assignments, preparing the trolley and necessary equipment for efficient task performance and to prevent delays.
- Maintain and clean guest rooms, replenishing room supplies according to the hotel's Standards of Performance.
- Clean and replenish bathrooms, ensuring adherence to Standards of Performance and safety standards.
- Arrange and tidy guest belongings while cleaning rooms and bathrooms.
- Inform Valet Service to collect guest clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing to ensure guest satisfaction.
