Housekeeper/Steward

Role Focus:

• Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutleries, silverware, and glasses.
• Communicate special food details to the Kitchen Staff.
• Serve food and drink in a professional & timely manner.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
• Perform cleaning duties in the areas/villas as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
• Report necessary maintenance items.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Able to work in shifts.

Preference:

• Male candidates.
• Proven work experience as a Waiter.
• High school diploma; food safety & housekeeping training is a plus.
• Should be able to work at different locations on a rotational basis as assigned by the supervisor.
• Should be able to work in rotational shifts.

Work Location: Will be assigned location inside UAE on a rotational basis.

Salary Offer: AED 1500 - 2000 Plus Food & Accommodation; Biennial Tickets, medical insurance; 30 days leave yearly.

Pay: AED 1,500.00 - AED 2,000.00 per month.
