Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the residence, ensuring everything runs effortlessly and to the highest standards.
• Lead a dedicated team of 3 Housekeepers, providing guidance, delegating tasks, and fostering an efficient and harmonious environment.
• Deliver outstanding service to the Principal and guests, ensuring an atmosphere of professionalism and impeccable etiquette.
• Manage the organisation and upkeep of the home, including inventory management, contractor oversight, and maintaining a pristine environment.
• Ensure the Principal's health and wellness needs are met, supporting a balanced lifestyle and assisting with any wellness-related requirements.
• Support the PA with administrative tasks and assist with personal errands as required.
Ideal Candidate:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end household management or 5-star hospitality, with a strong background in butler services.
• Proven leadership abilities and a hands-on, proactive approach to managing a team and operations.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and household upkeep.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both household staff and guests.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing the Principal's expectations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to an exceptional standard.
• Fluency in English is essential.
