Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Executes all carpentry and associated work to the highest professional standards for the whole complex.
  2. Administration of Accommodation office.
  3. Oversee daily cleaning of public areas and liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers on housing issues or inquiries and complaints.
  4. Follow up on housing maintenance requests.
  5. Assist Supervisor and Manager in conducting regular accommodation inspections to ensure that all aspects of the accommodation meet hygiene and health and safety regulations.
  6. Help in escorting employees to/from the airport when required. Ensure all new arriving employees receive full orientation on accommodation rules and regulations and are aware of all policies and procedures.
  7. Manage stock and order supplies.
  8. Plan the availability of accommodation for employees based on nationality, gender, position, and arrival date and coordinate the allocation of accommodation.
  9. Maintain a safe environment, keep the peace, and act on any actual or potential violations of policies or law. Provide feedback to Accommodation Manager on accommodation incidents.
  10. Together with Employee Relations Manager, coordinate employee engagement activities in accommodation.
  11. Prepare flyers and posters for HR events and activities.
