Job Description:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the hotel.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as Sales Manager in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
