Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations and financial management of the hotel. The ideal candidate will drive team performance, ensure guest satisfaction, and promote profitability while maintaining high operational standards.Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in managing and implementing operational and financial plans.
Lead daily hotel activities and assign tasks to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Establish and implement service recovery guidelines to maintain guest satisfaction.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns.
Support the development and monitoring of financial strategies to drive profitability.
Foster a positive working environment by connecting departments and promoting teamwork.
Ensure the hotel operates sustainably by adhering to "green" initiatives.
Promote the values of "do the right thing," "show we care," "aim higher," "celebrate difference," and "work better together" across the hotel team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in Food & Beverage and Rooms is essential; hotel rooms experience preferred.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
