We are seeking a talented and dynamic Hotel Manager to join our team at InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences. In this role, you will provide key leadership, maximize financial returns, drive people development, and empower our team to create incredible guest experiences.

InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants and bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by our team, we offer an international five-star presence.

Job Summary:

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: A minimum of three years of general management experience in a high-level operations role in a luxury hotel.
3. Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated leadership skills in the luxury hospitality sector, with a track record of at least three years in managerial roles.
4. Passion for Hospitality: Deeply passionate about delivering exquisite service and curating unforgettable experiences.
5. Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at nurturing relationships and empowering a diverse team.
6. Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail, complemented by the ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding settings.

Responsibilities:

1. Trusted Leadership: Serve as the General Manager’s reliable second-in-command, and step into their role when needed.
2. Incredible Guest Experiences: Direct daily activities to ensure your team delivers incredible service and memorable InterContinental guest experiences.
3. Building Relationships: Foster strong connections with guests and external partners, including current and potential guests, government officials, travel industry representatives, suppliers, and the local community.
4. Financial and Operational Excellence: Assist the General Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring financial and operational plans to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
