Position Overview: Domo Ventures MENA is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager, preferably an Arabic national, to oversee daily operations at a 3-star hotel in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and have a robust background in hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
2. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment.
3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance occupancy rates.
4. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in the UAE.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Proficient in Arabic and English.
