Conduct high quality examination of public locations and take notes of points for repair service, ensuring that adjustment activities are taken immediately.
Connect with guests at every opportunity and act upon feedback taken from guest questionnaires, guest talk about line, and duty supervisor log publication.
Maintain service standards and monitor performance of staff members to establish benchmarks.
Evaluate provided bed linen, uniforms, and guest laundry.
Inspect guest rooms daily, including check-out, unoccupied, and occupied guest areas, VIP, and LSG rooms.
Check cupboards, service areas, stairs, rooftop locations, storage areas, electrical outlets, toilets, offices, driveways, and parking areas to ensure cleanliness.
Work as per instructions from the immediate supervisor and based on duty shifts.
