As a Hotel Host in our Reservations department, you will be an ambassador for Hyatt Place Dubai Hotels and implement Hyatt's Purpose, Values, and Culture Characteristics throughout your daily tasks. By responding promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, you will enhance guest experience by providing personalized recommendations and information.

Our guests' experience from start to end is essential; therefore, it is important to always implement up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, room types, rates, and promotions. While collaborating with the sales and marketing team to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities, you will also need to coordinate with other departments to accommodate special requests and ensure the needs of our guests are met.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel reservations or related field is preferred.
• Available to work flexible shifts such as weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, with proficiency in Arabic being a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in ensuring guest satisfaction and engaging with guests.
• Basic computer skills, such as Word, Excel, and similar software, are necessary.
