Hotel General Manager

Job Title: Hotel General Manager 5-Star Resort, Abu Dhabi
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort in the UAE.
2. Proven track record in managing large-scale operations, financial performance, and high-end guest service.
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
4. Deep understanding of the UAE hospitality market, trends, and guest expectations.
5. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
7. Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
8. Knowledge of local regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices in the hospitality industry.
