The Hotel Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly by coordinating activities between different departments. This role involves managing guest requests, coordinating events, handling reservations, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and guests.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate daily hotel operations across various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  2. Manage employee requests and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
  3. Assist in organizing and coordinating hotel events and functions.
  4. Provide administrative support to the management team.
  5. Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  6. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel.
  7. Assist in training and supervising hotel staff.
  8. Prepare and distribute daily operational reports.
  9. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
