Hostess Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess cum Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
2. Manage seating arrangements and reservations.
3. Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
4. Provide excellent customer service and address guests' queries or concerns.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
6. Assist with setting up and clearing tables.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a hostess or waitress preferred.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
5. Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
