Hostess (reception) - Eastern Europe Talent

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins, ensuring smooth seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management if necessary.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the restaurant for the next shift.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience as a hostess (if beach club is perfect).
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

About the Job:

• On-site, Full Time (6 days a week with 1 day off).
• 8 hours per day with 1 hour break.
• Timings shifts (10am - 1am).
• Salary basic / accommodation / transportation allowance total 6k AED + food allowance 650 AED + Service charge + Tips.
• Medical Insurance / Visa / Flight allowance.
• Uniform provided by the Company.
