Job description

Responsibilities

Greet the guests with a pleasant attitude; escort them to their assigned dining area and present menus while introducing the waitstaff.
Address any immediate questions they may have.
Inform guests of current promotions and introduce their server to ensure a smooth transition to the service staff.
Answer incoming reservation requests and provide excellent service in response to inquiries.
Manage the customers in queue and ensure to address them timely.
Contribute to team success by assisting with related tasks as needed.
