Job description
Responsibilities- Greet the guests with a pleasant attitude; escort them to their assigned dining area and present menus while introducing the waitstaff.
- Address any immediate questions they may have.
- Inform guests of current promotions and introduce their server to ensure a smooth transition to the service staff.
- Answer incoming reservation requests and provide excellent service in response to inquiries.
- Manage the customers in queue and ensure to address them timely.
- Contribute to team success by assisting with related tasks as needed.
Skills- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages is a plus).
- Ability to describe and explain the menu to guests.
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
- Demonstrated leadership and multitasking abilities.
