Key Responsibilities
Greet and check-in visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or meeting room
Offer hospitality services, including refreshments and assistance as needed
Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area that reflects company values and brand
Handle guest inquiries and requests, ensuring an excellent visitor experience
Answer calls professionally and direct them to office personnel using discretion
Monitor, record, and track inventory of cleaning supplies, stationery, and pantry supplies
Ensure timely ordering of materials to maintain a consistent supply
Maintain records and signed approvals of all inventory requests
Coordinate with procurement for all purchase-related activities
Conduct quality checks for food presentation during VIP and management meal services
Oversee and perform periodic quality checks across the office, meeting rooms, pantries, and bathrooms to ensure company standards are met
Support the executive office pantry and kitchen during VIP guest visits
Assist in food preparation, layout, and service with attention to quality control
Arrange interoffice or external shipments using courier services such as DHL and Aramex
Schedule and manage internal meeting room bookings
Oversee and maintain the staff pantry, ensuring it is stocked and clean for employee self-service
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a front desk, hostess, or receptionist role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in hospitality or corporate guest services is a plus
