Hostess and Receptionist
We are looking for a professional and welcoming Hostess and Receptionist to manage front office operations, guest services, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet and check-in visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or meeting room
  2. Offer hospitality services, including refreshments and assistance as needed
  3. Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area that reflects company values and brand
  4. Handle guest inquiries and requests, ensuring an excellent visitor experience
  5. Answer calls professionally and direct them to office personnel using discretion
  6. Monitor, record, and track inventory of cleaning supplies, stationery, and pantry supplies
  7. Ensure timely ordering of materials to maintain a consistent supply
  8. Maintain records and signed approvals of all inventory requests
  9. Coordinate with procurement for all purchase-related activities
  10. Conduct quality checks for food presentation during VIP and management meal services
  11. Oversee and perform periodic quality checks across the office, meeting rooms, pantries, and bathrooms to ensure company standards are met
  12. Support the executive office pantry and kitchen during VIP guest visits
  13. Assist in food preparation, layout, and service with attention to quality control
  14. Arrange interoffice or external shipments using courier services such as DHL and Aramex
  15. Schedule and manage internal meeting room bookings
  16. Oversee and maintain the staff pantry, ensuring it is stocked and clean for employee self-service

Job Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a front desk, hostess, or receptionist role preferred
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  3. Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  6. Experience in hospitality or corporate guest services is a plus
