An amazing opportunity has opened up for talented Hostess in our award-winning Afya Restaurant. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our guests and always remaining available to assist and advise when necessary.

What will you do?

• Welcome guests in a cheery, welcoming manner.
• Handle guest queries/complaints.
• Remain aware of incoming VIPs/Special Guests.
• Handle incoming calls on service phone promptly.
• Maintain positive guest relations.
• Accommodate guest requests for change courteously.
• Assist team members where possible.
