Hostess

• Take reservations and welcome guests to the assigned outlet.
• Be familiar with the buffet restaurant operations and regulations.
• Participate in daily briefings and cascade the information of any special booking, VIP guests, promotions, and theme dinners.
• Participate in checking the daily mise en place according to the whole day service requirements.
• Be familiar with the menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet and provide recommendations to the guests.
• Carry out other related assignments or tasks entrusted by the Manager from time to time.
• Be familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for the department.

• Good communication skills in Russian Language PRIORITY.
• Good communication skills in English Language.
• Service-focused personality is essential.
• Flexibility to work extra hours, break shifts, and other assigned additional tasks.
• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury five-star hotel/resort is preferred.
