Restaurant Hostess will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive. In this position, you will manage reservations, guide guests to their tables, and ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the restaurant. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized reception area and assist with any guest inquiries.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escort them to their tables;
• Manage the waiting list and estimate wait times for guests;
• Answer phone calls and make reservations;
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and provide information about the restaurant;
• Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth service;
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
• Maintain a clean and organized hostess stand;
• Perform the duties according to the weekly schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

• English speaking; Arabic or Russian knowledge is a nice asset;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Ability to remain calm under pressure;
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays;
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills;
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred;
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time;
• Professional appearance and demeanor;
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
