Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues
Practice 25hours Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
Assist callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary which are legible and accurate, passing them on to the appropriate person without delay
Have a good knowledge of the restaurant's seating arrangements
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
Supplement the bushelp in clearing and resetting the tables
Perform all assigned side work
Perform other duties as requested, handling special guest requests according to 25hours guidelines
Attend required meetings and training
Assimilate into The 25hours Family PRIDE/CARE culture through understanding, supporting and participating in all elements of PRIDE/CARE. Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Canopy by 25hours from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including appropriate staffing levels, service equipment, and guest relations
Ability to read the English language to fully comprehend guest requests, memos, reservations, promotional materials, event orders, and similar written materials
Ability to speak the English language sufficient to conduct small employee meetings to impart new information
Ability to remember, recite, and promote the variety of menu items
Ability to move throughout a crowded room to seat guests
Ability to effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner, demonstrating empathy with the customer and providing positive and proactive solutions
High school graduate or equivalent required
Prefer six (6) months to one year previous serving experience. Prior hospitality experience preferred
