Job description
- Welcome Guests: Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the golf bay and ensure a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Bay Assistance: Assist guests in settling into their assigned bay, ensuring they are comfortable and have everything they need.
- Equipment Management: Check that golf equipment (clubs, balls, tees) is available and in proper condition at each bay.
- Provide Instructions: Offer guidance on how to use the golf bay setup, including scoring systems, game rules, and safety measures.
- Food & Beverage Coordination: Take orders or coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to the guests.
- Monitor Guest Experience: Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bays clean and tidy, promptly clearing any clutter or spills.
- Safety Enforcement: Observe guests for safe usage of equipment and adherence to club rules to prevent accidents.
- Upselling Opportunities: Promote club events, special offers, or upgraded packages to enhance guest experiences.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and the club’s management or service team for seamless service.
- Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from guests and report any suggestions or complaints to the management for continuous improvement.
- Event Support: Assist in hosting events or tournaments at the bays, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move around for extended periods while attending to multiple bays.
- Knowledge of Golf (Preferred): Familiarity with golf basics, equipment, and etiquette to assist guests effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment.
