About the location :

What you will do

1. Welcome the guests at the restaurant.
2. Seat guests promptly at a table, pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences.
3. Set up host / hostess stand, answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
5. Escort guests to their designated tables, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
6. Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints, and maintain a positive relationship with patrons.
7. Maintain an orderly waiting area, ensuring guests are comfortable and informed of wait times.
8. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and coordination to ensure smooth operations during special events.
9. Work with reports as required to assist the venue management.

What you will bring

1. 1-2 years’ experience in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role.
2. Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
3. A charismatic, professional, and polished demeanor that complements the venue's upscale image.
4. Ability to maintain a poised and courteous attitude in high-pressure situations.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
7. Impeccable grooming, personal presentation, and a fashion-forward style that aligns with the venue's luxurious ambiance.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
9. Candidates must be 21 years old and above.
