Hospitality Manager - Private Jet Company, Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Hospitality Manager to join a prestigious private jet company based in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong hotel background, particularly those with experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or similar roles in high-end hospitality.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Hotel Background: Experience in a senior hospitality role, preferably as an Assistant Front Office Manager, Guest Relations Manager, or similar position in luxury hotels.
  2. Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team while maintaining high standards of service.
  3. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to interact with high-profile clients and ensure a flawless experience. Speaking additional languages would be a strong advantage due to the clientele they receive.
  4. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the service exceeds client expectations.
  5. Luxury Service Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional, personalized hospitality experiences in a luxury environment.
  6. You exude elegance, sophistication, and flawless grooming.

Client Requirements: Client would like to see candidates for face-to-face interviews.

Salary Package:

  • Salary based on experience and qualifications (you would require to organize your own accommodation and transport).
  • Visa.
  • Medical insurance.
  • You work 5 days a week with 2 days off.
  • 30 days vacation plus public holidays.
