Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Hospitality Lawyer with experience in Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs) to support a leading client in Dubai. This fixed-term role involves close collaboration with legal and commercial teams, focusing on drafting, negotiating, and advising on HMAs and other agreements within the hospitality sector. You will provide legal guidance on operational, development, and branding matters while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Qualifications

1. Qualified lawyer admitted in a major international jurisdiction.
2. Proven experience with a top-tier international law firm or in-house within the hospitality sector.
3. Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs) and related contracts.
4. Knowledge of branding, franchising, and operational matters in the hospitality industry.
5. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organisational skills.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Regional experience and Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.
8. Relevant qualification in Law or a related field.
