Hospital Manager-Arabic Speaker

Our Client is the first and only JCI accredited 100 bed premium private general medical facility located at Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, offering advanced medical care and emergency services. The hospital is designed with 21 outpatient departments, a full-fledged emergency department, ICU, NICU, endoscopy, delivery suites, surgery units, etc. The hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient care covering medical and surgical specialties.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in hospital management or healthcare administration.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital operations.
4. Ability to handle budgeting, resource allocation, and staff management.
5. Preferably Arabic speaking (for effective communication in a multilingual environment).

Competitive salary range of AED 30,000 based on experience.
