Home Healthcare Male Operations Specialist Arabic Speaking

OnTime Group is seeking a Home Healthcare Male Operations Specialist who is Arabic speaking to enhance our operational efficiencies in the home healthcare division. This role will focus on ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and effective coordination of home healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations within the home healthcare service area
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective service delivery to patients
• Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service efficiency and quality
• Conduct training for staff on operational protocols and best practices
• Monitor performance metrics and patient satisfaction to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain effective communication with clients and their families
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards
• Assist in scheduling and logistical arrangements for home healthcare visits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service provision
  
  
  

• Proven experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role in the home healthcare industry
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
• Strong knowledge of home healthcare operations and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant healthcare management software
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
