Job description

Role Overview:

This position will play a pivotal role in driving mortgage disbursements by supporting Aldar’s handover projects and collections processes while proactively identifying and engaging new mortgage opportunities beyond Aldar's existing customer base. This role is integral in maintaining strong client relationships, expanding the reach of Home Finance services, and collaborating with banking partners to deliver exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mortgage Consultancy & Client Engagement:

  • Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to client needs, ensuring seamless navigation of financing options.
  • Engage proactively with clients across Aldar’s portfolio and new lead channels to identify mortgage requirements and opportunities.

2. Expanding Lead Channels:

  • Identify and pursue potential mortgage leads outside Aldar’s immediate handover projects, leveraging professional networks, industry connections, and referral channels.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders, such as brokers, agents, and developers, to grow the pipeline of mortgage clients.

3. Support Collections & Handover Projects:

  • Actively manage client engagement within Aldar’s database, particularly for handover projects, to ensure timely mortgage arrangements that meet collection and occupancy deadlines.

4. Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with banking representatives to negotiate exclusive offers, preferential rates, and fee waivers that benefit clients.
  • Represent Aldar in high-level discussions with financial institutions to enhance service offerings and ensure seamless processing.

5. Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly disbursement targets by capitalising on both Aldar’s projects and external opportunities, maximising the conversion of leads into completed mortgage cases.

6. Application Oversight & Compliance:

  • Oversee mortgage applications from submission to approval, ensuring that documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain adherence to all financial and regulatory standards throughout the mortgage process.

7. Client Support & Objection Handling:

  • Address client concerns with professionalism and clarity, offering tailored solutions and actionable next steps to maintain trust and confidence.

8. Collaboration Across Teams:

  • Work closely with Aldar’s handover, customer management, and collections teams to ensure alignment of efforts, seamless client experiences, and adherence to timelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or related fields, with a proven track record in lead generation and business development.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities, particularly with clients, financial institutions, and external partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations, banking processes, and the broader real estate market.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets, develop new business channels, and work effectively across diverse teams.
