Job Overview

• Position: Indian Cook (Male candidate preferred)
• Location: Dubai
• Family Size: 3 employers + 4 staff members
• Live-In Position
• Age Range: 30 to 45 years
• Experience: Minimum 5 years working as a cook with an Indian family
• Cuisine Expertise: Proficient in cooking both North Indian and South Indian homestyle cuisine, with a focus on minimal oil usage.
• Special Diet Knowledge: Must be experienced in cooking for individuals with Gluten, Dairy, and Nut intolerances.
• Meat Handling: Comfortable with cooking and handling beef and pork, including bacon, sausages, steaks, etc.
• Hygiene and Grooming: Must maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and personal grooming.

Primary Responsibilities

• Duty Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Cooking Duties:
  • Cook one meal per day for the staff.
  • Prepare two meals (lunch and dinner) for the employers.
• Ensure the main kitchen, secondary kitchen, and store room are kept clean and organized.
• Keep track of food stock, including expiration dates.

Contract Details

Contract Type: Full-time
Experience: 5 years required
Education: No specific requirement, but must be proficient in cooking.
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and/or English required.
Personal Attributes: Hygienic, well-groomed, and responsible.
