Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and chart monitorings of the individual's condition at each visit.
2. Conduct full analysis jobs, including assessing medication and crucial indicators.
3. Provide Physician-prescribed medication.
4. Outfit or redress injuries and analyze the recovery progress.
5. Provide education to clients and family members on proper residence healthcare procedures and techniques.
6. Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other individuals in the individual's treatment strategy.
7. Maintain the patient comfortable via palliative care.
8. Suggest devices or gadgets that may boost the lifestyle for the client.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Experience in Home Care.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Registered License is a plus.
5. Exceptional organizational abilities.
6. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
