Home Care Nurse

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Charge Nurse in managing and supervising nursing staff.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and standards.
• Coordinate patient care activities and ensure effective communication among the healthcare team.
• Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and support nursing staff in complex cases.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Conduct staff training and development sessions.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Valid DOH License.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
