Job Description

1. Installation & Setup: Install and configure home appliances, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
2. Testing & Quality Checks: Conduct post-installation checks, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and ensure seamless operation.
3. Customer Guidance: Provide users with clear instructions on appliance usage, maintenance, and safety precautions.
4. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and follow company policies and industry standards.
5. Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Address installation-related concerns, assist with troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues when needed.
